IBM Product Centers

When IBM rolled out its Product Center program, it required the site selection, design, construction, and project management for 22 locations in the northeast. Sites varied from historic, urban buildings, such as Boston, MA, to more contemporary, suburban buildings, such as Colonie, NY. Schedules and budgets were tightly drawn.

The Boston Product Center was designed in collaboration with Mayers and Schiff.

The Colonie Product Center was designed in collaboration with Gwathmey Siegel.
